My stay at The Shelbourne was an very nice experience overall, but I encountered a few hiccups. The hotel is steeped in historic charm, and the staff's warm service made me feel genuinely welcomed. However, I did find some areas crowded during peak times, which made it challenging to enjoy the bars and common spaces as much as I'd hoped.
